1. Booking and Payment

1. All bookings must be made through our website or in-person at the facility.

2. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

3. Prices are subject to change, but you will be charged the price at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs before your scheduled session to receive a full refund.

2. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% cancellation fee or full charge.

3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

3. Health and Safety

1. Sauna and cold bath sessions can affect your health. Consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions.

2. By booking, you confirm you are in good health and fit for sauna and cold bath use.

3. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or health issues that may occur during or after your session.

4. Sauna and cold immersion facilities are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

4. Use of Facilities

1. Please follow all instructions from staff and posted rules in the sauna and cold bath rooms.

2. Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

3. Personal belongings are your responsibility; we are not liable for lost or stolen items.

5. Liability

1. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or facilities.

6. Intellectual Property

7.Liability
